Bain Capital Real Estate and 11North Partners Form Joint Venture to Invest in Open-Air Retail CentersBOSTON & NEW YORK, Apr. 03 /BusinessWire/ -- Bain Capital Real Estate ("Bain Capital") and 11North Partners ("11North"), a retail focused investment platform, today announced the formation of a strategic partnership to acquire and operate open-air retail centers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
