ALLENTOWN, PA (April 22, 2024) – CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE: CAPL) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has approved a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per unit attributable to the first quarter of 2024 (annualized $2.10 per unit). The distribution attributable to the first quarter is payable on May 10, 2024 to all unitholders of record on May 3, 2024. CrossAmerica will host a conference call on May 9th at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss first quarter 2024 earnings results, which will be released after the market closes on Wednesday, May 8.
