Asma Bayrunus, EHS Operations Manager, is responsible for the Mental Health First Aid and Suicide prevention program at Jordan Foster Construction. Recognizing a risk for First Aid and CPR responders, Asma established the first of its kind MindSaver Post CPR training program. Bayunus elaborated "By promoting mental health awareness and providing comprehensive training programs, the company equips its team members with the tools needed to bring resources and communication to the field, addressing mental health challenges in the construction industry."
