TORONTO, March 28, 2024 /CNW/ - ApartmentLove Inc. (CSE: APLV) ("ApartmentLove" or the "Company"), a leading provider of online home, apartment, and vacation rental marketing services to property managers, owners, renters, and vacationers from around the world today announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 7,500,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit"), at a price of $0.04 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000 (the "Private Placement").

Each Unit will be comprised of: (i) one common share in the capital of ApartmentLove (a "Common Share"); and (ii) one Common Share purchase warrant of ApartmentLove (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant shall be exercisable to purchase one additional Common Share at an exercise price of $0.05 for a period of two years from the date of issuance of the Warrant.  

Proceeds from the Private Placement will be used by the Company for working capital and repayment of bona fide debt.

All the securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month restricted resale period under Canadian securities laws.

The Private Placement is subject to all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals, including but not limited to approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE").
