Energy Transfer LP Announces Pricing of $3.0 Billion of Senior NotesDALLAS, Jan. 12 /BusinessWire/ -- Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:ET) today announced the pricing of its offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.550% senior notes due 2031, $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.350% senior notes due 2036 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.300% senior notes due 2056 (together, the "senior notes") at prices to the public of 99.830%, 99.933% and 99.842%, respectively, of their face value.BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Mizuho, MUFG and SMBC Nikko are acting as joint book-running managers for the senior notes offering.
